Refund Policy
Appointment and Service Booking & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: May 18, 2026
Thank you for choosing My Case Coordinating. When you schedule an appointment, that time is set aside specifically for you. Missed appointments or late cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Strictly No Refunds
All appointment fees, deposits, and prepayments are strictly non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for:

Services already rendered or completed.

Missed appointments (no-shows).

Appointments canceled outside of our allowed rescheduling window.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that emergencies and scheduling conflicts happen. You may reschedule your appointment without financial penalty, provided you give us sufficient notice:

Notice Required: You must reschedule at least [24/48] hours prior to your original appointment time.

How to Reschedule: You can reschedule by clicking the link in your confirmation email, logging into your client portal, or calling us at [Your Phone Number].

Late Notice: If you reschedule with less than [24/48] hours' notice, your booking fee or deposit will be forfeited, and a new payment will be required to book a future date.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification, you will be considered a "No-Show."

Your session will be canceled immediately.

Any prepaid amount or deposit will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to require full, non-refundable prepayment for any future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are running late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client.

If you arrive more than [10/15] minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show, canceled, and no refund or complimentary reschedule will be provided.
5. Cancellations by My Case Coordinator
In the rare event that we must cancel your service or reschedule your appointment due to operational emergencies, power outages, extreme weather, or staff illness:

We will notify you as soon as possible.

You will receive the option to transfer your full payment to a new rescheduled date, or receive a full refund for the disrupted session.
